Year 1 & 2 travelled to the Schoolhouse Museum in North Ryde. The focus for this excursion was on recreating aspects of schooling in the 1880s. Inside the schoolroom, sitting on long-toms at original 1880s desks, the students wrote Copperplate using a slate and slate pencil. Students participated in many other activities from the past.
